Mud Room

Situated outside the kitchen, on the way to the garage.  One side of the hall only.  This is a concept-won't be exactly like this...there will not be any enclosed cabinets or drawers.

Mexican Saltillo and Tiles

Ray Ocana from Saltillo Tile Connection http://www.saltillotileconnection.com is providing all Rustic Saltillo tile for our first floor, Talavera/deco kitchen tiles (countertops, backsplash, cooktop wall, bathroom countertops and bathtub and shower tiles, staircase tiles, and exterior fountain tiles, and various tiles for art niches.  He is also supplying and installing the cantera stone for the fireplace and kitchen hood.

In addition to the above, Ray is providing the master bath tub and all sinks (all have been ordered as of May 16th).  His team will sheetrock, stucco, and tile out the master bathroom sinks.

Kitchen

This is the kitchen cooktop and hood design that we want to model.  Our framer will frame this space with our cooktop centered below a framed/tiled design.  The hood will be Cantera stone and stucco all the way up to the ceiling.

We have a copper light that looks very similar to the one in the photo.
